To help Sherri tackle the challenge of building a function on her own, she brought in Matt to add capacity and expertise to the team without needing to invest in a full-time hire. Matt’s significant product marketing experience across business-models, industries, and company stages meant he could easily support Sherri across both tactical and strategic needs.
The outcome:
Over the course of a three month engagement, Matt conducted significant industry research resulting in key content insights and deliverables. He also collaborated with Sherri to build a positioning sprint plan and executed dozens of customer interviews to help guide initial discussions around Spot AI’s positioning workstream.
